12 Watsons Road Masterton, Masterton District

Well you wont find this everyday.....

A super cute 3 bedroom home situated on an acre and just outside the town boundary. A short walk to Henley Lake and views of the eastern hills.

The home was relocated to this position some years back and has since been repainted and carpets updated. The kitchen is retro which leads to through the open plan dinning to the living and deck out back, great for summer living.

You can sip on your fresh bore water while watching the kids ride the horse in your very own paddock.

A single garage and wood shed for storage with plenty of space and scope for you to add improvements.
